AWG180 Hydraulic Transmission

AWG180 Hydraulic transmission is updated by HAGG on the basis of standard WG180 transmission. At the Max, it can realize 6 forward and 3 reverse. It is suitable for construction machineries such as loader, grader, off-road vehicles etc.

Max output torque of turbine shaft: 1450N. m

Center distance: 555/500mm

Shifting method: AT with manual mode (electric-hydraulic proportional control)

Ratio: identical to that of WG180 transmission


Applications

The high-efficiency integrated electric-hydraulic proportional control system may reduceshifting impact by over 20%, increase working efficiency by over 15%, thus achieving full potential performance of the transmission. AYB310 Automatic Transmission

It is developed on the basis of YB310 hydraulic transmission, which at Max has 6 forward and 3 reverse speeds, and lock-up clutch is optional. It is suitable for construction vehicles such as loader, grader and tractor etc.

WG180 Hydraulic Transmission

WG180 Hydraulic transmission is based on technology introduced from ZF Company, Germany. It is a countershaft multi-speed hydraulic transmission, consists of a torque converter and a power shift gearbox, electricalor mechanical-hydraulic control. Speeds are available as 6 forward 3 reverse, 4 forward 3 reverse or 3 forward 3 reverse, with corresponding shifting handle. Lock-up clutch and towing pump are optional.
