Transmission Gearbox for Loaders

We are willing of supply you transmission gearbox for loaders, with a power range of 45kW--300kW, which are used in loaders of 1.5 tons to 8 tons. The structures include integrated double-variator (torque converter, transmission) and separate double-variator; the operating modes include hydraulic control, electro-hydraulic control and automatic shifting.

AWG180 Hydraulic Transmission

AWG180 Hydraulic transmission gearbox for loaders is updated by HAGG on the basis of standard WG180 transmission. At the Max, it can realize 6 forward and 3 reverse. It is suitable for construction machineries such as loader, grader, off-road vehicles etc.

Applications

AYB310 Automatic Transmission

It is developed on the basis of YB310 hydraulic transmission, which at Max has 6 forward and 3 reverse speeds, and lock-up clutch is optional. It is suitable for construction vehicles such as loader, grader and tractor etc.

BS428/BS428D Transmission

BS428 transmission is a fixed-shaft multi-speed wet clutch transmission, torque converter separately mounted, mechanical-hydraulic controlled and using fork for upshift, downshift and stop. BS428D applies to vehicles requiring reducing rotation Speeds.

WG180 Hydraulic transmission is based on technology introduced from ZF Company, Germany. It is a countershaft multi-speed hydraulic transmission, consists of a torque converter and a power shift gearbox, electricalor mechanical-hydraulic control. Speeds are available as 6 forward 3 reverse, 4 forward 3 reverse or 3 forward 3 reverse, with corresponding shifting handle. Lock-up clutch and towing pump are optional.
