Advance is our cooperative factory, which has its own propeller R&D center. The core engineers have been trained in Wärtsilä in the Netherlands. It adopts an advanced design system, integrates the lift line/lift surface theory verified by CFD simulation, and combines the baseline of Wageningen Ka series ducted propellers. It is optimized by modifying the parameters such as propeller inclination angle. At the same time, it adopts the most advanced ducted propeller design program comparable to global leading companies such as Rolls-Royce, Wärtsilä, and Borg. Through full-process numerical optimization and real-time cavitation initial prediction, it has achieved 10-15% efficiency improvement, ±2% open water performance prediction accuracy, and cavitation control in accordance with ISO 484-4 S-level standards.
