First, confirm whether the motor matches the platform, and wipe off any foreign matter on the surface.

Remove the flat-end screws on the transition flange and rotate the input end to adjust the position until the fastening bolts of the locking ring can be seen.

Align the motor shaft with the reducer input end, insert it into the reducer, and pre-tighten the connecting bolts diagonally. At this time, please make sure that the fastening bolts are loose.

Place the reducer vertically on a flat surface with the motor mounting surface facing upwards. Slowly insert the motor shaft into the input shaft, taking care to avoid installing the motor onto the input shaft. Make sure that the motor flange is close to the reducer flange. Tighten the motor mounting bolts to the specified tightening torque.

Tighten the fastening bolts to the specified tightening torque using a torque wrench, etc.
