Forward HC marine gearbox - Before installing the gearbox, remove the top cover plate and observe the internal components for any abnormal phenomena such as rust or blockage.
The forward HC marine gearbox - with manual input and output couplings, should be lightweight and flexible. Inject clean lubricating oil (No. 10 vehicle oil or T8 diesel oil) into the forward HC marine gearbox, and the oil level should be between the two markings on the vernier caliper.
Marine oil pump gearbox - Due to the fact that the clamping mechanism of the clutch can affect the performance and normal operation of the gearbox, the product has undergone experimental calibration before leaving the factory. Therefore, please do not adjust the nut randomly to avoid unnecessary malfunctions.
Marine oil pump gearbox - The gearbox and diesel engine should be installed on the same common base, and the axis deviation between the input coupling of the gearbox and the flywheel of the diesel engine should not exceed 0.20mm; the axis deviation between the propeller coupling and the output coupling of the gearbox should not exceed 0.1mm, and the non parallelism of its two end faces should not exceed 0.06mm.
Marine oil pump gearbox - When the gearbox is connected to the diesel engine, first remove the handhole cover plate on the connecting housing, and then tighten all the bolts connecting the rubber drive plate and flywheel.
